Once your order is placed, I’ll schedule it and begin production. Since every piece is made to order, processing time can take up to 2 weeks.

After your order is ready and dispatched, delivery usually takes 5–7 business days, or earlier depending on the serviceability of your PIN code.

Once shipped, you’ll receive a Tracking ID via email or text so you can follow your order.

In Case of Lost Shipment

If your package is lost in transit, you may choose one of the following:

1. Replacement
I can send you a new product—either the same item or another piece from the collection (subject to availability).

2. Credit Note
I can issue a credit note for the full amount, redeemable on future purchases.

Please note: Refunds cannot be provided, as courier companies do not reimburse for lost shipments.
