Shipping Policy

Once an order is placed with us, I'll schedule and start working on your order, processing time is upto

2 weeks as everything is MADE- TO- ORDER. Once the order is ready and dispatched it should take about 5- 7 days to deliver, or earlier depending on the serviceability of your pin code.

Standard Delivery Time : 5- 7 Business Working Days
( A flat fee of ₹80 will be charged for all Standard Delivery orders )
 
Orders over ₹1499/- will qualify for Free Standard Delivery Time Shipping.

Orders once shipped, can be tracked using the Tracking ID provided via email or text.​

In case your shipment is lost in transit, you may choose one of the following options:

1. Replacement – We can send you a new product, either the same item or another piece from the collection (subject to availability).

2. Credit Note – We can issue a credit note for the full amount you spent, which can be used for future purchases.

Please note: Refunds cannot be provided, as the courier company does not reimburse for lost items.
